CAUTION The High capacity magazines we sell are illegal to possess in some cities, counties, and states.

We do not in any way represent that any part we sell is legal to possess in your jurisdiction.

Check with you local authorities to ensure it is legal for you to possess before buying!

We reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone at anytime!

We do not Cross Ship! The shipping address must be the same as your billing address! 

Minimum Order Size:
We will not process orderes with a merchandise total of less than $25. 

If Your Credit Card Billing and Shipping Does Not Clear Our Verification Checks The Order Will Not Be Processed!

There are ABSOLUTELY NO RETAIL PICK UPS. All merchandise is shipped from different warehouse locations.

Shipping:

Shipping costs that are calculated during checkout are estimated and not always correct. We will contact you if there is an issue with the shipping costs that was calculated during checkout and it will be your choice if you want to proceed. All shipping estimated costs calculated during checkout are subject to our approval.

We are are not responsible for any lost packages in shipment. All packages that are lost while in the care of UPS, FedEx, USPS or any other shipping carrier in which your package is being shipped is not our responsibility. If a package does get lost in transit, we will have to follow the shipping carriers procedures in their investigation of locating the package and we will reimburse you only after we have been reimburse from the carrier. This goes for any lost, stolen or undelivered order that has left our possession and went into the hand of the shipping company in which your order is being shipped. Even though our site only gives you the option for FedEx shipping, your order may ship UPS, USPS, or FedEx!

Furniture and large items: 

All furniture and large item orders will have to be reviewed for accurate shipping charges once received. If the shipping charges given when you placed your order online are correct you will not be contacted. If there are additional charges that need to be charged we will contact you and let you know about it. If the shipping charges are higher than what was displayed during checkout when you placed your order online then we will contact you and you have the choice to proceed with your order or cancel it. We will not fullfill your order untill shipping charges are corrected and agreed upon by the customer.

All orders ship between Monday and Friday except for Holidays. 

Returns 

In an effort to decrease warranty repair times, all warranty repair units must be shipped directly to the factories warranty repair center.

This will speed up warranty repair turnaround times by allowing the customer to ship their warranty unit directly to the factory repair facility thereby eliminating the delays of Wizedeal to factory and factory to Wizedeal shipping.

We will be happy to assist any customer if there is a problem dealing with a particular factory. If an item you purchased does not fit or work properly email us, do not try to force it to work this would be considered abuse. 
We will not accept returns on items that show signs of use... If it shows any signs of use, you keep it. If you return an item and it shows signs of use or abuse it will be disposed of and no refund will be given. 
We can not take items back just because you (the customer) ordered the wrong item.

Damaged Shipments

If you receive a package that has been damaged in route to you, please contact shipping company IMMEDIATELY. Request that a representative of shipping company pickup the merchandise and return it to us at no cost to you. You must have the merchandise in its original packing and in the condition in which it was received. We will not file a refund or an exchange until shipping company processes claim and agrees to pay for the damages.

We will Price match our retail competitors on Identical parts we sell here, Just place your order and paste a link to the lower price in the comments box when checking out and we will check it out and make the price adjustment. It must be apples to apples. If store A sells a product for $10 but charges $25 to ship it then your to the door cost is $35. If we sell the same item for $20 and charge $10 to ship it we are cheaper to the door by $5!

We do not price match Auction sites.

Wizedeal.Com may change these terms and conditions of use at any time, without prior notice. If you access or use the web site after we post a change, you accept that change. If you do not accept the change, do not access or use the Web site. You should check these terms and conditions of use periodically.

Orders

Orders are valid only if paid within One Hour of being placed. Any orders not paid will be canceled after 24 hours unless we are contacted by buyer and agree to delay. All Items are first come first serve. In plain english (If you place an order and do not pay for it we will make merchandise availible to our other customers).  You should be certain in your decision to make purchase and know what you are buying. You must agree to our policies before completing your order. We will charge up to 25% as an order cancellation fee. By confirming your order, you indicate your agreement to this policy.

Warranties

Most products carry a Full Factory/Manufacture Warranty. If an Item has a warranty we will list it on the item detail page. If you need warranty service contact the manufacture for details.

Money Back Guarantee- Refund period:

All New and unused merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date for a refund.

A return authorization number ( You must contact us for RMA Number )is required for all returns. A 25% restocking fee will apply on all non-defective returns.

These terms apply to all refunds:

Customers must inform Us of any order discrepancy within 5 days from the invoice date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.

No Refunds on opened or abused products! If you opened the product and tried installing it we can not resell it. We will not refund to Customer the original or return shipping charges.

In addition, We will assess a 25% restocking fee against the Customer's account on all non defective returns for refund.  

Software Returns

Return Retail Software for refund within: 30 days (must be unopened)
Return OEM Software: non-refundable
Return Defective (Retail or OEM) Software for replacement only within: 30 days

Processors (CPUs) Return Policy

Return for refund within: 7 days
Return for replacement/exchange for same CPU within: 30 days

This is our Detailed Processor (CPU) Return Policy. Physically damaged CPUs cannot be returned.

Improper installation of CPU fans and/or improper clocking may cause CPUs to chip. CPUs that are chipped, burnt or have bent/broken pins are considered physically damaged and cannot be returned for refund or replacement. Physical damage includes (but is not limited to) improper handling and any other type of damage sustained by irregular use.

We encounter bent pins regularly when inspecting physically damaged CPUs. Forcing a processor into position will not solve an installation problem and may void your warranty. Buyers requesting a refund may have to pay a 25% restocking fee. We will not cross-ship replacement CPUs.

The data and images provided by WIZEDEAL.COM under this Agreement have been subjected to numerous control mechanisms to ensure its’ accuracy. At all times, WIZEDEAL.COM will use best efforts to maintain its accuracy. However, if at any time the data or images provided are incorrectly priced or below fair market value or availability has substantially changed or image or descriptions contain inaccuracies, WIZEDEAL.COM shall not be held responsible or liable, furthermore WIZEDEAL.COM reserves the right to reject any orders placed based on this erroneous information.
 
The data and images provided herein at all times shall remain the property of WIZEDEAL.COM or the original Copyright owner. WIZEDEAL.COM customers shall take commercially reasonable steps to make sure this data is secured from any unauthorized use, copying or transmission, downloading, or other distribution.
